The two barstools I ordered arrived within 2 days. Unfortunately the back of them were uneven heights. I emailed Nordik and they were very efficient with arranging two new stools to be sent out the next day and return of the originals at their expense. I definitely recommend them! My barstools are perfectly placed in my kitchen and are so comfortable!
