Nordik works with a reliable network of couriers and removalists to ensure your items are delivered as efficiently as possible.
Our network of couriers offer a registered and a trackable delivery service for your peace of mind. All deliveries must be signed for and a proof of delivery is available upon request.
If you do not require to sign for your order upon delivery or you are unavailable to accept your delivery, we can leave your order unattended only with your consent. Select “Authority to Leave” at checkout or contact us.
If for any reason you cannot be present to accept delivery or if you wish for goods to be left in a safe place unattended, you must clearly make note of this when placing your order. Note: Authority to leave goods unattended will void all transit insurance claims and Nordik is not liable for any theft, damages or loss resulting from your goods being left unattended.
Nordik requires a street address for all deliveries, unfortunately we do not deliver to PO boxes.
We work hard to ensure your order is dispatched as efficiently as possible and will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Occasionally there may be unexpected delays. Should such delays occur, our carriers will keep you updated with an estimated delivery time.

Small items include dining chairs, bar stools, side tables, non fragile accessories.
Fragile items include dining and coffee tables, sofas, armchairs, sideboards, entertainment units and other items that require a 2 man lift.
Nordik Living's delivery service generally includes a ground floor, drop off only (to your front door). Please note in instances where staff or contractors are required to enter your premises, Nordik Living is not held liable for any damages to property or personal items when delivering/collecting goods. We recommend covering floors or surfaces with blankets and padded rugs to avoid any risk of damages to floors/surfaces.
Couriers & removalists
Small and non-fragile items will be delivered to the front door of your shipping address at ground level unless there is a lift. If your items need to be delivered above ground floor, please provide specific instructions for access and delivery. Note: For the safety of our carriers and in order for your goods to arrive safely, there must be sufficient access to stairs and/or lifts. Please note our carrier may deliver your items to ground floor only if access if deemed unsafe.
For large and fragile items, extra handling and care will be provided by our professional and experienced furniture removalists. Please note the above transit times allow for additional packaging and handling due to the size and weight of fragile goods. Please note your contact details will be provided to our carriers and third party couriers for the purposes of co-ordinating delivery. Our removalists will call you a day prior to delivery and you will also receive a call on the day to confirm a delivery window. Please note our standard ground floor delivery services do not include assembly, rubbish removal, placement or unpacking of goods.
For a delivery estimate, please add the items to your shopping cart and enter in your postcode.
Delivery charges vary and are dependent on the size and weight of your order, as well as location. Delivery charges will automatically be calculated at checkout. Please note rural or remote locations may require you to contact us prior to completing your order. If your delivery charge cannot be calculated at checkout, please contact us on 1800 NORDIK to obtain a delivery price.
Picking up your order
If you wish to pick up your order from our showroom, please select the pick up option at checkout.

Please note all pick ups must be pre-arranged by contacting us on 1800 NORDIK. All pick ups must be accompanied by a copy of your order.
Change of mind & exchanges
We understand you may change your mind after making your purchase. Nordik will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt of goods, provided;
- All original boxes and packaging have been retained
- Items are unmarked, unused and not assembled
- Items are undamaged and have not been modified in any way
To ensure your return is processed as swiftly as possible, please ensure items are packaged securely for transit as Nordik cannot be held liable for any loss or damages caused.
Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by a return authorisation form. Please contact us to obtain a copy of this form.
Once your return has been received, items will be inspected to ensure they are in new condition. Please note Nordik reserves the right to reject your return if items are damaged or not in original condition. Once inspected please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item, please contact us to confirm stock availability prior to returning your item.
Please note freight costs are non-refundable. For all change of mind returns and exchanges, freight costs will be charged.
Damaged or faulty items
We do our best to ensure your items are packaged securely for transit. In the event you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us and provide:
- Invoice number or Order Reference number.
- A detailed description of the damage or fault; and
- Photos (or a video, where appropriate) clearly indicating the damage or faults. If an item appears to be damaged from transit, photos of boxes and packaging must be provided
Note: All claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. One of our staff will contact you within 24 hours to provide a fair and reasonable resolution in accordance with our returns policy.
Here at Nordik, each piece created passes through a stringent quality control process to ensure the final product exceeds your expectations.
For your peace of mind, all items carry a 12 month warranty ensuring any items purchased are free from manufacturer defects and faults. Please note our warranty excludes:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damages arising from abnormal use
- Items which have been modified
- Lack of maintenance (Example: leather or timber items which have not been maintained)
- Minor variations in colour, grains or finishes due to natural materials used
- Minor surface blemishes which are part of the item itself
Where an item is considered faulty or defective, depending on the nature of the fault, we will gladly offer one of the following options to you:
- Spare parts: If the fault can be repaired, we will send the required parts and will provide the necessary instructions required.
- Replacement: If an item cannot be repaired by way of spare parts, we will gladly send a replacement once the faulty item has been returned.
- Refund/Partial credit: If the fault is merely superficial and you wish to keep the item, we will gladly offer a partial credit or refund depending on the extent of the fault. This saves the hassle of freight movement and having to re-package the goods for return.
- Full credit/Refund: If we are unable to offer a replacement, alternative or spare parts due to stock not being available, we will gladly offer you a full refund or store credit.
Any defective or faulty goods must be returned for inspection. Once goods arrive back at our warehouse, we will confirm whether repairs need to be carried out or if a replacement is necessary.
Items which have been altered or modified in any way are not covered by this warranty policy.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and the quality of our products. If your item shows any signs of defects or faults, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
Online security & payment information
We do not give, sell or rent your information to advertisers or third parties. We only collect information to run and operate our services to you such as processing your order as well as providing you with promotional updates if you have subscribed to our newsletter. We do not store your personal information such as credit card details on our system or the internet.
We have advanced SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and authentication software in place to ensure your credit card and account details remain secure. As you provide us with your information, the details are instantly encrypted directly to our processing system, therefore your privacy is safeguarded. This is to stop unauthorised use of your personal information as well as protecting the security and the integrity of your privacy.
Nordik may only release personal information if it is required by law under a government agency in situations where fraudulent activities are evident or where your communication is deemed harmful to others by government agencies.
If you subscribe to Nordik’s mailing list, you will receive emails about our products, promotions, competitions, sales and other communications relative to our services and products. All Nordik emails contain a link to unsubscribe.
Once you have unsubscribed from our mailing list, you will no longer receive any more emails from us. Our email platform may receive notifications when you open or click our emails. This is to ensure we can provide you with more useful information that is relevant to you.
Nordik works hard to ensure your order is dispatched as efficiently as possible. We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Nordik reserves the right to cancel orders if they cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the event that your order cannot be fulfilled, our team will contact you within 24 hours to offer you a refund or an alternative option.
Please note orders will be dispatched as swiftly as possible therefore any cancellations must be notified by calling us on 1800 NORDIK within 2 hours of placing your order.
To purchase items which are not in stock, simply select 'Backorder' on the product page and add the item to your cart. We will notify you once your order is available and ready for shipping. Please note backordering will guarantee stock reservation and we will gladly refund your payment if you change your mind before items are shipped.
